Access to Member Only online videos with full workouts and demos, as well as instruction from certified personal trainers and great DJ-mixed workout music. With this membership you will be receiving workouts from either of two different programs.

  1. Dance: Our dance programming is challenging! These workouts are known for being some of the toughest and best designed programs around. There are different workouts designed to help the dancer elevate their performance ability. These workouts will prepare the dancer to be at their peak come competition. Workouts are not only focused on improving cardiorespiratory fitness but centered around movements that will improve the dancer's ability to execute leaps, turning combinations, toe touches, and hip-hop tricks.
  2. Cheer: This program is a heart-rate pounder. Lots of conditioning, core work, with an emphasis put on getting stronger while not loosing flexibility and range of motion. The core focus is to implement workouts that concentrate on the skills required by teams including tumbling, stunting, and jumps. Programing of workouts incorporate power and agility output as well as improving ventilatory (VO2 max) and lactate threshold response to increasing exercise intensity.

This is a fully customized preseason, in-season, and competition season program that we offer teams on site (your school, gym, or studio) assistance.
