About Us

Our mission is to improve the athletes physical ability to perform their sport at the highest level. We provide high performance training that is focused on getting you and your team to achieve your desired outcome.

We are passionate about improving the athlete's strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, and range of motion through progression training. SSP is comprised of Cheer and Dance coaches, choreographers, and trainers who have been involved in the sport for the last 20 years.


The team is lead by Personal Certified Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach Rob Langeneckert who has studied the maturation of Competitive Cheer and Dance over the last 10 years. He has implemented several new anaerobic and aerobic training programs that have focused on improving the athlete's agility and endurance.


SSP's training philosophy is based on a customized approach that works with the individual and/or coaches to understand what he/she wants to be able to execute within their competition performances. We initiate a program that is a result of your needs and desired outcomes.


Our team takes pride at not only preparing the athlete to enhance their endurance but also increase their strength, jumps, range of motion, and agility.
